Stem Cell Therapy
Our office uses stem cells derived from the umbilical cord and is used to treat many medical conditions, including but not limited to, degenerative joint conditions and sports injuries. Stem cells have the ability to regenerate tissue that is damaged, dying, or degenerative. Stem cells also decrease inflammation and pain, but more importantly, regenerate new, healthy cells.
Trigger Point Injections
Trigger points are found in tight bands of muscles that can feel like a knot or be tight and painful. Many patients report feeling restricted in their movements and feeling weakness in the muscle due to trigger points. Our office uses a local anesthetic, lidocaine, to inject the trigger point allowing blood to flow to the muscle. The muscle will be allowed nutrients and oxygen, which it has been lacking due to the trigger point blocking these vital components.

Spinal decompression therapy, also known as non-surgical spinal decompression therapy, is a painless, conservative, and effective way to treat back and neck pain, sciatica, stenosis, and degenerative disc disease. It involves a slow controlled stretching of the spine, using a computer aided traction table. This slow gentle stretching creates negative pressure within the discs of the spine creating a vacuum that helps pull the discs material back into place, thus taking pressure off of pinched nerves. It also draws in nutrients, oxygen, and fluids back into the disc to create an optimal healing environment.
It is called non-surgical decompression therapy because surgical spinal decompression consists of procedures such as laminectomy and microdiscectomy. Non-surgical decompression therapy has none of the risks of surgery, such as, infection, drugs or anesthesia, which can be associated with surgical decompression. Patients find that undergoing non-surgical spinal decompression therapy, their down time is minimal, but the resolution of symptoms are long lasting.
